Shaun Clancy | Founder & Director

Shaun has built Clancy Constructions around his values of craftsmanship and integrity.

With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Shaun started out as a self-employed builder and has since grown his endeavour into a fully-fledged construction business.

Shaun leads Clancy Constructions with a raw and unapologetic passion, all whilst attracting a reputation as a go-to expert in the industry for sophisticated and refined results. He has a meticulous eye for detail and prides himself on creating smart and intelligent solutions for clients, architects and developers.

He is known for his commitment to clients and his drive to achieve client satisfaction.

Professionalism and integrity are at the forefront of everything he does, always doing business with transparency and respect, his open book approach to leadership has fostered a successful and supportive culture with his team and those around him.

Marc Barron

Adam Fitzgerald | General Manager

With over 30 years of managerial experience, including 8 years in the construction industry, Adam possesses a wealth of expertise that allows him to effectively lead the team at Clancy Constructions. Bringing a wealth of business acumen to his role as a key player in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the company.

Adam’s people-focused approach and exceptional skills in relationship building have enabled him to establish strong connections with, colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders, ensuring project deadlines and expectations are consistently met.

As General Manager, Adam plays a vital role in overseeing all operations of the business and is dedicated to delivering successful projects of the highest quality.   

His extensive knowledge and experience make him a highly effective leader and manager.

Cam Lockyer

Cam Lockyer | Commercial Manager

Cam commenced his career in construction as a project estimator. This enabled him to lean on his analytical and financial know-how to identify build efficiencies.

Realising an opportunity to move into contract administration and more recently project management, has equipped Cam with an all-round exposure in the construction industry.

Cam is a pragmatic and results focussed professional who enjoys working within dynamic and highly accountable environments.

Developing strong relationships with trades and suppliers, Cam manages the commercial team, who assist him to quantify and price construction projects, leveraging his existing industry relationships for superior trade and supplier agreements.
